"To be eligible to participate in the 90-Day Men's Challenge, you must be male AND a certificated MNPS employee or spouse of a certificated employee AND be covered under the Certificated Employee Health plan (also called the MNPS teachers’ health plan."
The 90-Day Men’s Health Challenge will help participants reverse or eliminate chronic metabolic health conditions (i.e., type 2 diabetes, hypertension, obesity, excess body fat around the waist, abnormal cholesterol, etc.) that cause a variety of symptoms (i.e., fatigue, erectile dysfunction, joint pain, weight gain, urination problems, anxiety, depression, mood changes, etc.).
Participants improve or restore their health and vitality naturally using food, nutrition and lifestyle changes as medicine.
The program combines the experience of a medical doctor and a restorative health strategist, who have both overcome chronic health conditions. Through their experience, they have created a practical evidence-based solution that helps participants live healthy, longer, stronger, vitality-filled lives.

What happens in 90 days?
Throughout the 90-DAY CHALLENGE, you'll participate in live training sessions via Zoom, led by experts in the field. These sessions will increase your knowledge of medical and nutritional factors relevant to your health and provide you with the necessary tools to make significant lifestyle changes. You will receive a meal plan tailored to your specific needs and have the support of both our expert team and a community of men facing similar health challenges.

Who is eligible to participate?
You must be:

• Be covered under the Certificated Employee Health Plan (also called the MNPS teachers' health plan)
Registrants who meet program requirements will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
How do I sign up?
To register simply, click here and complete the enrollment survey. Once your benefit status has been verified, you will be enrolled and will receive schedule and other information to help you prepare for the challenge.
How much does the program cost?
Your MNPS health plan is offering the program at no cost to those who meet all program requirements and feel they can meet the commitments required of the program.
What else do I need to know?
• Since MNPS covers the cost of this program, we ask that you only register if you feel you can meet the commitments of the program.
• Your registration information, participation, and health information is confidential and is only shared with the staff coordinating the program.
