Dr. Kevin Billups is a highly experienced Urologist with over 30 years of practice. Dr. Billups combines medication with lifestyle changes, addressing the root cause of medical problems rather than treating symptoms. He advocates for empowering people to make lifestyle changes to sustain better health. Dr. Billups is a graduate of Harvard University and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, currently serving as a Professor at Meharry Medical College. Throughout his career, he has helped people restore their health and lead fulfilling lives.

Restorative Health Strategist
In 2009, Tony Holt was grappling with chronic health conditions that included obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, borderline diabetes, congestive heart failure, and prostate cancer. It was at this juncture that Tony faced a stark choice: continue down a perilous path or forge a new way forward. Tony immersed himself in the best evidence-based research on whole food plant-based nutrition, the power of a positive mindset, and the importance of regular movement and sleep.
